Wine fried Chicken | How to make wine flavoured chicken
Step 1
Ingredients
- Chicken – 300 gms (medium cuts)
- Ginger and garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Fennel powder – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Asafetida – 1 pinch
- Salt – as needed
Preparation
Mix all the above ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Ingredients
- Wine – ½ to 1 cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
In a heated pan add the wine and bring it to boil. When the wine starts to thicken, place the marinated chicken pieces (step 1) and cook over low flame. Flip in between, to cook them evenly. Add more wine if needed and when both sides are done well, pour oil and fry for sometime. Juicy and tasty wine fried chicken is ready. Enjoy hot!!!!!
