Hung curd | Greek yogurt


How to make hung curd – Indian version of Greek yogurt

Place a colander or a strainer over a container. Spread a clean cloth over the colander. Add 1 cup of curd (or as required) into the cloth. Make a knot as shown in the video. Keep it in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours to drain out all liquid from it. Now you will get the creamy hung curd.
