Instant Vermicelli Pudding

This is an easy pudding recipe with instant vermicelli kheer mix.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 ½ litre
  • Instant Vermicelli Kheer mix- 1 packet
  • Custard powder – 2 to 3 tbsp

Boil milk in a vessel. Add the vermicelli mix. Cook for about 20 minutes or as instructed on the packet. Put the flame to low. In another cup of milk, add custard powder and mix well.  Add this to the vermicelli mix. Pour the vermicelli mix to a tray. As a base layer for the pudding, we can add biscuits, cakes etc. Keep it for cooling. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Add fresh chopped fruits, chocolate chips etc while serving.
