How to make sprouts | Bean sprouts | Lentil sprouts | Peas sprouts
Soak 2 cups (or as required) of the rinsed green gram overnight. Then drain it and cover it with a wet cloth. Keep it in a warm place for sprouting. Next day you can see small sprouts on the beans. It may take 1 to 15 days to sprout, according to the pulses used. Make sure to keep them moist throughout.
