Weight loss recipe – Moringa leaves egg roll | How to make egg roll | How to make egg white roll

Step 1


  • Oil – ½ tbsp
  • Mushroom – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Moringa leaves – handful
  • Salt – as needed


In a heated pan add oil and once the oil is hot, add mushroom and saute for a while. Now add moringa leaves, salt as needed and saute for few minutes.

Step 2


  • Egg – 1 whole egg
  • Egg – 3 egg whites
  • Salt – as needed
  • Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 no (chopped)
  • Onion – 3 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves – few (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp


In to a mixing bowl add eggs, salt and beat well. Now add ginger, green chilli, onion, curry and coriander leaves. Add the prepared moringa leaves mix (step 1) also along with turmeric and black pepper powder. Mix well. Prepare a greased pan and first pour a part of the egg mix and make a thin layer. Cover and cook over low flame. Then roll from one side till half and pour some more egg mix (shown in the video). Cover and cook and repeat till the mix is over. Easy and healthy roll is ready.
