Oats Ghee roast | Dosa delights
Ingredients
- Oats – 1 cup (grind to fine powder)
- Rice powder – 1/3 cup
- Semolina – ΒΌ cup
- Salt – as needed
- Yogurt – 2 tsp
- Water – approx. 2 cups
- Ghee – as needed
Preparation
Into a mixing bowl, add all of the above ingredients (except ghee and water) and mix well. Then add water gradually and make it to thick batter without any lumps. Leave it for half an hour. Add some more water and adjust the consistency, if the batter is thickened. Spread evenly on the heated pan (tawa). Grease before spreading, if you are not using a non-stick pan. Pour some ghee over the dosa. Flip and cook both sides till light brown. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
